Rsv4 Terms & Conditions

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the rsv4 platform in Malaysia. By registering, accessing, or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the rsv4 platform immediately.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of rsv4 services, users are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. rsv4 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify rsv4 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required under applicable laws in Malaysia.
User Responsibilities and Rules of Use
All rsv4 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technical means to access or interact with the platform;
- Misusing the payment system or attempting to commit fraud in any form;
- Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to a third party;
- Distributing harmful or defamatory content, or infringing on the rights of others while using the platform;
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system weaknesses to gain an unfair advantage.
Rsv4 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating an account, against any user found to be in breach of these rules.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the rsv4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods such as FPX and bank transfer. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimately theirs and are not derived from any unlawful activity.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC), which may be required before a transaction is processed. rsv4 reserves the right to hold or reject any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraud or a terms violation until an investigation is concluded.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change from time to time. Users are encouraged to check the latest information in the account section or contact customer support for further details. rsv4 is not responsible for any fees charged by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Limitation of Liability & Account Policies

Rsv4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, or factors beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and rsv4 makes no implied warranties regarding the absence of errors or the continuous availability of its services.
Account Suspension & Closure
Rsv4 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a violation are not entitled to claim any compensation or refund of balances related to the offending activity.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the rsv4 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once identity verification is complete.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the rsv4 platform — including brand names, logos, graphic designs, text, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of rsv4 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written authorisation.

The rsv4 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. rsv4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to those sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Rsv4 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
